Handpicked from the finest vineyards in Niagara, this Riesling undergoes gentle pressing using pneumatic bladder presses. It is cool fermented in stainless steel for 14 days at 60ºF and then aged in stainless steel tanks to retain its fresh character. Cold stabilized and bottled to preserve its vibrant fruitiness.
